Surface protection is achieved via multi-stage chemical pre-treatment followed by an automated electrostatic powder-coating process utilizing Austrian Tiger Drylac® or AkzoNobel® architectural-grade thermosetting polyester polymers. Baked at 200°C, the finish delivers unmatched resistance against saltwater atmospheric corrosion, chemical etching, abrasion, and intense UV degradation, maintaining color vibrancy under extreme tropical and seaside installations.

The seating architecture pairs the lightweight metal framework with ergonomic Sunbrella® / Olefin outdoor fabrics and high-density QuickDry® reticulated foam, or UV-stabilized all-weather Olefin rope weaves with high-tensile polyester cores. Manufactured entirely in our 10,000+ m² facility in Shunde, FU SONG provides architects and contractors with limitless non-standard customization, including bespoke RAL color-matching, custom profile extrusions, and integrated modular layouts, supported by rapid 48-hour CAD/BIM shop drawings.
